Acceptance of ‘What Is’…
In the mind, anyone of us can grasp for something that we wish we had. Simultaneously, ignoring, rejecting or overlooking…‘What is’. In the simplest form one can take the time to reflect on the cause and effect in every situation and take note how important the precision and attention to detail in the final outcome of anything that is created. Nature illustrates through color, texture, light, sound, patterns, smells and tastes the endless opportunities that are possible within each moment, creation, art form and vision. It is up to each self to discern where and when to place their attention and the process will determine how long one will have to hold it there.” -
How Can ‘I’ Serve?
The “Tree” is the perfect example of how receiving and giving are an intrinsic part of our natural system. The tree receives light (energy) from the sun and then produces oxygen which enables life to exist on this planet. By examining the energy exchange between the sun and the trees one can begin to see how our natural eco-system was created based on service. Each part of nature (including the humans) have innate gifts that are intended to be of service to the whole. When one falls away from his/her innate way of being one lets go of being in harmony with self. The simplest way to return to this state of being is to ask self daily, “How can ‘I’ serve?”
