In addition, trusting in the process and path to healing is important. Sometimes, we are not destined to heal in body or are destined to be free of our suffering in an instant. This is because that suffering is our teacher and rather than avoid it, I encourage you to face it when you are ready and have the strength and will to see the journey through to authentic healing.

  • Today, is in auspicious day for me…
    As a young child, I was very aware of the cycle of life. I was cognisant of my relationship to birth and death. At the age of 5, I had a transcendental moment when I said to myself, “I am here again.” (I shared this story in the book I wrote, Bare Naked Bliss). In that moment, I came into awareness within my physical body as it was related to my soul’s journey. I sensed deeply that I had been here and apart of this world, prior to this life. Shortly after this moment, I had a deep awareness and yearning to know the day I was going to die. Not years prior but actually the day of or a few days before. This was inspired after watching a film about Sitting Bull (at the age of 7 or 8) and his contemplation of death prior to entering a battle. His ability to listen every morning at sunrise and approach the battle and death with stillness inspired me. These were deep thoughts for a young child and quite natural for an eternal being who wanted to sharpen her awareness and practices within the present moment (in or out of body).

     During this segment, we will explore the mind, speech and actions. Furthermore, She will share a simple practice to remove the obstacles from your daily life and from the world around us. These practices will be supportive of deepening your relationship with self and cultivating self love. In addition, She will share how Ganesh and his teachings is a helpful guide to learn from.

  • Mindfulness is something that is remembered. 
     
    It can not begin to be understood until you remember it. It is very popular term and idea in meditation “pop culture”. 
     
    Everyone is encouraging others to be mindful to play mindful; yet, that is not mindfulness. It is what is remembered in meditation and cannot be put into words; however, once it is remember one can begin to integrated the principles and understandings into your present state of being. This is because you begin to realize the interdependent and true nature of cause and effect and your part in it. 
     
    Then, the mind is blown and you start practicing being mindful. ~’She
