Ultimately, cultivating compassion, joy, peace, harmony and balance to assist us in loving ourselves from within. We reflect on nature and how it supports our life force and our collective heart energy.

  • Sound and Silence Meditation…Embracing Freedom. The most direct way to access your inner freedom and free will is to have a daily practice of meditation. Even if it is for 5 minutes that will be the foundation you can lay to your personal practice. In addition, meditation will bring you to a natural state of healing and regeneration. 

  • ‘She’ will provide steps on how to remove co-dependency and align with self-reliance, regeneration and shoring up your foundation.

  • Learn how to align and reconnect with ‘Self’.  A key that will assist to loving self. We will explore how to find your FLOW and practice non-attachment.

  • Everyone has different nutritional needs, each self has a different physical system that responds uniquely to what you feed it. According to Chinese Medicine, humanity has evolved into three general ways of eating (carnivores, Veggie/carnivore, and veggie). Within these ways each self can learn to listen for what will best support your well being.

  • Guided meditation and mantra practice…A meditation attuning to your heart center.
    As we explore the heart center, you will become present with the emotions and energy that is moving in and out of your heart center. This meditation is an opportunity to clear the heart and open it up.

  • Authentic Healing
    Authentic Healing starts with your willingness to meet the inner work by shifting your perspective, opening self to be patient with the process and discovering the inner knots that are the root cause of your suffering. In addition, trusting in the process and path to healing is important. Sometimes, we are not destined to heal in body or are destined to be free of our suffering in an instant. This is because that suffering is our teacher and rather than avoid it, I encourage you to face it when you are ready and have the strength and will to see the journey through to authentic healing.
