An Invitation
First Stop: Bryce Canyon
On our way to Denver, we will be stopping in Bryce Canyon and grounding the Dreaming Yoga Walkabout under the stars. I will be anchoring visions and prayers for all those with us or meeting us in Denver. The journey to any and all sacred gatherings is just as important as the time spent there.
I will be guiding each one of you every step of the way in all states of being. If you are traveling from another direction, I will weave you into the practice and your pathways to Denver.
Next Stop: Denver Yoga Summit
In addition to joining all the wonderful offerings at the Denver Yoga Summit, I will be asking you to join me at these two interactive talks/experiences that I will be offering.

Next Stop: Hopi Nation & Sedona Yoga Festival
You are invited to meet me along the way…
After gathering at the Denver Yoga Summit, I will continue crossing the land, carrying the sacred bundles collected there to a leader at Hopi Nation. From the Hopi mesas, these offering will be brought onward to Sedona Yoga Festival, where they will be offered in ceremony and shared with the community.
What is a bundle?
In the traditional ways of many tribal ancestors, the original people of these lands, a sacred (or medicine) bundle is a thoughtfully wrapped collection of sacred offerings from nature. This might include: feathers, stones, herbs, flowers, tobacco and other living medicines. They are held together with a living prayer for all. These bundles carry spiritual powers for healing, protection, guidance and the restoration of balance between the people, the land, and the spirit world. They are treated with deep reverence, opened only in ceremony and cared for as living relatives who hold prayers and intentions of those who contribute to them.
Weaving with Dreaming Yoga
Throughout this entire walkabout I am entering my dreaming yoga practice with all who participate. Each of you will be held along the way in my prayers, visions and heart. Wherever you join us, whether in Sedona, earlier or later on the journey, or simply from afar, I will share detailed instructions so you can walk, learn, listen and awaken with us. These practices are held in service of a clear vision for humanity and in support of your over all well-being.

We will offer and gather additional bundles for the land in Sedona
and to carry on to Joshua Tree Music Festival under the open desert sky.
Come follow the whole journey.
Come walk this land together.
The walkabout comes full circle under the vast desert sky of Joshua Tree.
Here, the last of the sacred bundles, gathered with prayer from Denver, offered with respect to the Hopi nation, and carred through Sedona, will be brought to rest in ceremony. In the traditional way, these living bundles hold the collective intentions for healing, balance, protection, serving as a bridge between the human beings, the land and the spirit world.
On Saturday afternoon, at 4PM we gather for The Art of Lucid Dreaming, a yoga pracctice open to all that walk with us near and far. Together will will enter lucid states, deepen awareness and awaken to a clearer vision for humanity that has guided this entire journey.
You are invited to mus here, beneath the stars, to complets the walk about and enjoy the celebration at the Joshua Tree Music Festival.
Come Listen, Come Dream. Come Remember.
The land will hold us. Our dreams will weave our visions. The bundles will carry us. Then, we return them and ourselves…HUM.

Last but not least, the Gynostemma Tea by Superfeast. I will be feeding you tea and oranges along the way.
“Deep in the mountain villages of southern China, where the air is clean and the pace of life is unhurried, the locals have long held a quiet secret. They call it xiancao ‘Magical Grass’. They drink it daily, as naturally as others might drink water, and they live long, vital lives. Gynostemma pentaphyllum is not a newly discovered superfood herbal trend. It is a herb with deep roots in the daily lives of the people who grow it, harvest it, and have trusted it for generations.
Gynostemma is a Major Adaptogenic tonic herb, a classification that places it among the most significant herbs in the Chinese tonic tradition. Adaptogens work by helping the body find its own equilibrium, supporting the systems that regulate stress, energy, and resilience without pushing in any single direction. Gynostemma’s particular genius lies in its breadth: it is simultaneously calming and energising, balancing and strengthening. Where some herbs specialise, Gynostemma harmonises, meeting each person where they are and supporting the body in returning to its natural state of balance.”
