Roasting potatoes is one of my favorite things to Roasting potatoes is one of my favorite things to do. A quick nibble with some for thought, roast new potatoes. 

Then, take some black beans, cauliflower, zucchini and peas. Sauté them and add Himalayan Salt, Cracked Black Pepper, and dried oregano. 

Alas, bowl them up…add some chili crisp on top.

A simple practice… 

Fruit First 
Main meal mid day 
Light Dinner (simple snack plate) 
Snacks: fruit and seeds/nuts. 
Have at least 10-14 hours between last meal and first fruit the next day.
