Heart Food

Grounding DOWN. Divine Remembrance.
More than not, there is an elephant in the room, the unspoken words, feelings, subtextual knowing, and observations that only some can see. In everyday exchanges, it can become this dance between the moment unfolding here, the echo chamber in our hearts, and all that is held in the liminal spaces. The elephant, metaphorically, reminds us it never forgets, similar to how our heart reminds us of this. A reminder that nothing ever is truly forgotten; yet, the ‘charge from the past’ can most certainly dissipate. It is when we bottle up all the energy connected to that moment suspended in our heart and mind that the energy bounces around, attempting to escape. Until that ball of potential finds neutrality, it is more than likely going to sneak up on you and attempt to shake itself out of you or roll around with you on the ground until you let it go.
Releasing whatever wants out can have many layers to it. So, the sooner you start to shake it off, convert it into something useful, and/or give it back to all that is and is not, the more fluid you will be from moment to moment. You will feel like you are effortlessly flowing with the water, air, earth, trees, and within the gaps in-between. The elephant reminds us how to work with our inner landscape, moving all the elements to rebalance an ecosystem that has become overburdened.
Sweet Transitions
During this sweet transition from summer to late summer, we have the opportunity to ground down from the expansion outward in summer and inward in winter. If you create a brief but powerful moment to anchor into the great Mother Earth, the divine, and willingly receive all the regenerative offerings to nourish, ground, support, and balance all of you, it is a pit stop that you want to remember. As this moment relates to your heart, you can create space to acknowledge what is causing you worry, anxiety, and/or any untethered emotions around this time of year. Rather than run from what is being reflected, it is an opportunity to turn in and be with it, coupled with stepping outside of the energy and simply observing your relationship with what is being reflected to you. Even if you feel solid, I encourage you to look into the corners of your sacred heart and sweep it out.
This type of seasonal maintenance will benefit you greatly. Once you see what is organically present, then ask yourself if you are willing to let it go. If the answer is yes, then ask yourself, what do I need or want to assist myself with this divine opportunity to make peace, ground down, and let go? Ask this question with no expectation of getting an immediate response. From there, go outside, lie down on Mother Earth, and just be with her and the divine. I promise you, in about 15 minutes, you will feel different. Calm, at peace, and potentially have forgotten what you were holding on to. You can repeat this daily at the same time and/or when the elephant shows.
Is your answer, no?
If your answer is NO, honor that and then go outside and lie down as mentioned above. You will be held, and by giving yourself permission to keep this for a little longer, you will create less push-pull with the energy. Bit by bit, you will be ready to let go, or the unexplainable will take care of this for you.
If inspired, try it out and let me know what comes to be.
Mind Food

All Possible. Mind the GAP. Stillness.
During this transition, it is a very beneficial moment to drop into the VOID (the GAP), the space in-between. You ask, how and where do I do this? A simple, silent meditation. Bum to the cushion, body upright with eyes gently shut or gazing at a point in front of you.
Stay there for 5, 8, 13, 21, 34, or 55 minutes (you choose). I would recommend doing this daily, and if that is not possible, meet yourself in the moments you can. The benefit of anchoring in a daily meditation practice now through the end of the next lunar cycle is that you will have the opportunity to ground and clear your mind before the transitional seasons of Fall and Spring arrive. These two seasons are naturally high-energy and frenetic at times; hence, taking a proactive measure to be in silence with self will help prepare you for these seasons. In addition, you might be inspired to integrate it into your daily flow.
There is an importance to unplugging from tech during this practice, being in pure silence, and honoring yourself by sitting up for it (if possible). It is to access your inner wisdom, san the unknown frequencies coming from anything other than you. To ease your mind and potential compulsion to look at the clock, set a chime alarm to bring you out of the meditation. Start with the amount of time that is comfortable, and you will naturally want to sit longer. If you would like some assistance leading you in, holding you there, and helping you access the void, reach out below. The reason for a guide in this environment of silence is to assist you in staying present, guide you deeper, and help you stay aware. This assistance can be helpful for a beginner and an advanced meditation practitioner.
Body Food

Equanimity. Flow State. Objective Motion.
“Don’t think, feel. It is like a finger pointing away to the moon. Don’t concentrate on the finger or you will miss all that heavenly glory.” ~Bruce Lee
Through the next new moon cycle, it is a perfect time to practice in your daily movement with your body to retain a flow state. By practicing this objective state of awareness and flow state, you will access equanimity. A state of being that is everywhere, it aids you in ways to access “miracles” for self and others, coupled with retaining fluid motion.
Rather than say too much about this, practice it in the way you relate to it. Let me know what occurs.
