On a recent trip back from Arizona, this little one got injured in the car. His right shoulder, arm and ribs were impacted. Rather than go to the vet, we had him stay in his bed for 3 days (Nature’s way, when something is broken or seriously hurt…take cover and lay still for several days.) We let him BE. Repose and rest is how nature repairs itself. Buddy healed. He could walk, trot and (within a week) could jump again.
First, it is valuable to understand that humans can all heal this way too. Then, you will want to remember how to bring yourself into the present moment, empty the mind and use a simple zen technique (a focused gaze) coupled with stillness. A soft gaze will help keep you from wrestling with thoughts, physical discomfort and unnecessary distractions.
Second, this leads me to share the forgotten tool of communication…telepathy. We are all part of nature. We are two way radios. We transmit and receive frequencies. Your body, mind, and emotions/feelings transmit. Just like people animals have bias, feelings, and physical conditions. All of which transmit signals internally and externally. Collectively we are communicating this way all day long. We do not need these phones, social media, email or even written letters to communicate. Most people have not sharpened their telepathy skills for several reasons.
Basic Fundamentals behind accessing Telepathy
The three key ingredients to accessing what is being transmitted is integrity, responsibility and awareness. I will dive deeper into these keys in future posts. How this relates to healing, Buddy transmitted his pain and the seriousness of it through telepathy and sound. (He has a way about him with daily communication via the mind frequencies. He will even encourage others, if they pay attention, to be mindful with their words and emotions). He is not sending words or thoughts he is transmitting frequencies.
Furthermore, we transmit frequencies, we are constantly sending out into the environment what is. You cannot really fake this or hide it with a filter (unless you have even more advanced skills). This is how nature understands what is and supports us. The key is to slow down long enough to receive and hear what is needed. For Buddy and anyone that wants to heal a quiet, still and calm environment are what will bring one into well being and harmony with nature.
The Practice
Finally, as inspired, practice nature’s way when you need a moment or two to return back to harmony. In addition, practice becoming aware of the frequencies that you are transmitting and the one’s you are receiving these can impact your state of well being. Finally, practice keeping your mind clear. AKA stop thinking .
Humans and all species on planet earth can regenerate.
WHAT’s NEXT?
I have always asked a lot of questions. I have been this way since I was a little girl. I am not afraid to talk with people with different perspectives. I actually value what they have to say. I want to know ‘why’.
The trend of yoga, mindfulness, ritual and spiritual mystique that has become commonplace in health, wellness, business, entertainment, athletics and personal lives globally. In fact, it is a multi-billion dollar industry. In addition, there are billions of photos on the World Wide Web documenting and expressing these practices, teachings, selfies, goods and more. All of which probably support and inspire many in one way or another. Yet, are any of these odes truly a sign of one’s level of consciousness or indicator they ARE or Soon TO BE” enlightened?
I would respond, “NO.” In fact, it is quite the opposite. Most of what is portrayed as sacred or wisdom has an essence of grasping underplayed by the beautiful mask that is offered.
