1 Cucumber, remove skin
1 Lime, Juice
1 Cup Coconut Water
1/8 Cup Fresh Mint
Local Honey, To Taste
Remove the pits from the plumbs
Place all the ingredients in a blender
Blend and Taste
Add additional honey or mint as you wish. Enjoy out in the sun or under a tree.
