Ingredients
4 Frozen Bananas
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1 Roasted Japanese Sweet Potato
1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
2 Tbsp. Coconut Flakes
1/4 Cup Chopped Raw Pistachios
Directions
Put the bananas, blueberries, and sweet potato in the blender.
Blend. Add Coconut Milk. Blend.
Pour the mixture into 2-4 bowls. Place in freezer for at least 30 minutes.
When ready to serve, remove from the freezer and top with coconut flakes and pistachios.
