- For the Lemon Vinaigrette:

½ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon honey

Directions
Preheat the Oven: Set to 375°F.
Prepare the Asparagus: Rub the asparagus stalks with 2 tablespoons olive oil, then season lightly with salt and pepper. Spread them evenly on a jelly roll pan (a cookie sheet with edges).
