“Fame or integrity: which is more important?
Money or happiness: which is more valuable?
Success of failure: which is more destructive?
If you look to others for fulfillment, you will never truly be fulfilled.
If your happiness depends on money, you will never be happy with yourself.
Be content with what you have; rejoice in the way things are.
When you realize there is nothing lacking, the whole world belongs to you.”
― Lao Tzu, Tao Te Ching translated by Stephen Mitchell
We are making our way to a new lunar cycle and the next ‘New Year Celebration’. The mother (aka creator) continues to welcome us to sit with her. Listen deeply. We are still in Feminine Season Globally. Creation energy is building up in each of us and preparing us to engage in many ways. Creating requires focus, awareness and discipline which will allow and guide the process.
As inspired, take a moment to balance your inner landscape, create space to nourish you while you balance your inner and outer worlds.
Contemplation: Where is it effortless for you to remain focused in your life? Where are you ready to refine your focus and discipline in your life?
Weekly talks are an offering to assist you in diving deeper into a spiritual practice, your inner landscape and cultivate inner peace.

Heart + Mind Food
You have many relay loops in your energetic system that communicate through out your body and to the world around you. The race way between your heart and mind is of great significance. This pathway governs an internal mirror that informs your inner and outer world.
If you practice observing when your heart races to your mind or your mind races to your heart, you will begin understand which aspect of self is leading the dance from within. In addition, you will understand the root theme you are expressing and taking action with your inner/outer world.
For example, if your heart is leading with an emotion, your words, thoughts and actions will be infused with this information. Similarly, if your thoughts are leading the outer exchange will be based on that mental loop with emotional information in the background or non-existent. Furthermore, there is the potential that your heart and mind are syncing up, which is optimal. This will give you the ability to balance the two in feeds before moving into action (aka engaging with the outside world).
The benefit of retaining awareness during these deep discussions from within, is you, the observer (aka your highest self), can help yourself discern how and what to communicate to the inside and outside world. Humanity at large has become accustomed and entitled to think, emote and act with little to no contemplation or awareness. This is what causes the imbalances from within and in the outside world. Simply put when you have the ability to be aware and observe what is happening from within, you will be accessing the innate intelligence and the divine that runs through you. Both of which will prepare your heart and mind with the capacity to hold calm and benefit many with your thoughts, words and actions.
As inspired, start to observe, reflect, pause and adjust as needed. Practice communicating from within a sentiment that will support your well being, your dreams and your fellow humans.
