Mother Nature’s Way, Zen and Telepathy

On a recent trip back from Arizona, this little one got injured in the car. His right shoulder, arm and ribs were impacted. Rather than go to the vet, we had him stay in his bed for 3 days (Nature’s way, when something is broken or seriously hurt…take cover and lay still for several days.) We let him BE. Repose and rest is how nature repairs itself. Buddy healed. He could walk, trot and (within a week) could jump again.

First, it is valuable to understand that humans can all heal this way too. Then, you will want to remember how to bring yourself into the present moment, empty the mind and use a simple zen technique (a focused gaze) coupled with stillness. A soft gaze will help keep you from wrestling with thoughts, physical discomfort and unnecessary distractions.

Second, this leads me to share the forgotten tool of communication…telepathy. We are all part of nature. We are two way radios. We transmit and receive frequencies. Your body, mind, and emotions/feelings transmit. Just like people animals have bias, feelings, and physical conditions. All of which transmit signals internally and externally. Collectively we are communicating this way all day long. We do not need these phones, social media, email or even written letters to communicate. Most people have not sharpened their telepathy skills for several reasons.

Basic Fundamentals behind accessing Telepathy

The three key ingredients to accessing what is being transmitted is integrity, responsibility and awareness. I will dive deeper into these keys in future posts. How this relates to healing, Buddy transmitted his pain and the seriousness of it through telepathy and sound. (He has a way about him with daily communication via the mind frequencies. He will even encourage others, if they pay attention, to be mindful with their words and emotions). He is not sending words or thoughts he is transmitting frequencies.

Furthermore, we transmit frequencies, we are constantly sending out into the environment what is. You cannot really fake this or hide it with a filter (unless you have even more advanced skills). This is how nature understands what is and supports us. The key is to slow down long enough to receive and hear what is needed. For Buddy and anyone that wants to heal a quiet, still and calm environment are what will bring one into well being and harmony with nature.

The Practice

Finally, as inspired, practice nature’s way when you need a moment or two to return back to harmony. In addition, practice becoming aware of the frequencies that you are transmitting and the one’s you are receiving these can impact your state of well being. Finally, practice keeping your mind clear. AKA stop thinking  .

Humans and all species on planet earth can regenerate.

WHAT’s NEXT?

I have always asked a lot of questions. I have been this way since I was a little girl. I am not afraid to talk with people with different perspectives. I actually value what they have to say. I want to know ‘why’.

The trend of yoga, mindfulness, ritual and spiritual mystique that has become commonplace in health, wellness, business, entertainment, athletics and personal lives globally. In fact, it is a multi-billion dollar industry. In addition, there are billions of photos on the World Wide Web documenting and expressing these practices, teachings, selfies, goods and more. All of which probably support and inspire many in one way or another. Yet, are any of these odes truly a sign of one’s level of consciousness or indicator they ARE or Soon TO BE” enlightened?

I would respond, “NO.” In fact, it is quite the opposite. Most of what is portrayed as sacred or wisdom has an essence of grasping underplayed by the beautiful mask that is offered. One never knows when it will be the last time in t One never knows when it will be the last time in this form that you will see and/or speak to someone that has a consistent presence in your life.  The sudden loss of a dear friend, Molly, was quite a surprising lead into winter. The season of ‘death’, water, feminine, fear, creation, and repose. All of which can be transcended and met with JOY. While it still seems impossible that Molly has carried on, it is a gentle and jarring reminder how precious life is. 

Molly was so many things to many…loyal, quick witted, ethical, cared deeply for those around her, could hold a still point in unwavering conditions, went above and beyond to help others and so many things I cannot put into words. Truly a loving and compassionate soul. I miss her. While my heart is filled with waves of grief, I know these salty tears are a gentle ode of my love and admiration for her. 

May we all sip up each moment as if it is the last and spend more time laughing and loving each other. Carry on in JOY, aloha and peace Molly. 

The story continues, two days later Brian transitioned. Brian meet Molly and Molly meet Brian. May both of you walk the inbetween with JOY and freedom emanating from you divine eternal beings. This is your grand divine love moment.  I love you both the dharma echoed from both of your hearts to mine. 

More wisdom to share about their destined connection in the middle…at a future moment.

And then there were the ginger people…for some rea And then there were the ginger people…for some reason this is what I called these seasonal spicy flavored cookies. Which made my kids laugh. When I said, “we will make the ginger people next.”

Then, when we rolled them out and cut the out with this little antenna on top. Reminding the youngest of the “telatubbies”. (Side note: I never understood that show). Yet, in an instant it was a reminder of how we can reframe any and all things in our heart and mind. Coupled with our ability to associate images, sounds, smells, flavors, and textures with something from within that harmonizes with self. 

Which makes one (me) wonder why do we grasp onto certain ways of saying things and effortlessly adopt new ways of referring to the same thing it always appeared to be?

Pondering mind is in a reflective space…as winter keeps wintering and I am feeling we need a lot more ginger people to nourish us during this season of pause.

A simple Hungarian cookie recipe, Keksz, (means ha A simple Hungarian cookie recipe, Keksz, (means hard cookie) from my childhood BFF’s grandmother made these when she would visit and mail them to her. It was the prefect cookie. I think this year, I unlocked making the recipe almost like she would make them. 😀

A recipe, the result and a memory are so powerful, they instantly transport you back to a moment suspended in “space”. More than not, this will bring you back to a warm and comforting moment that releases the happy chemicals throughout your entire being. 

In addition , this unlocked a happy memory with my children. As we baked together, I shared the cookie lore, a memory unlocked for them too. This cookie was a staple in their childhood during all seasons. All of which inspired me to reach out to my friend with a photo and a chat about the blessing her grandmother was to both of us. The wave of love and smiles transcended decades of our life all through one simple cookie and a joy filled bite. 

As inspired, pull out one of those recipes and see what happens. May you savor what unfolds.

As we step into winter (North) or summer (South), As we step into winter (North) or summer (South), feel the seasonal procession unfolding, a gentle invitation to tune into the elements calling for your attention.

The dance of water (feminine) and fire (masculine) intensifies: water replenishing, fire clearing impurities, opposites in delicate harmony, drawing us inward to retreat and realign within our solar cycle.

This is a passage, not just “one day.” Honor the transition over several days rather than a fixed date. In Australia, the shift into summer spans ~4 days; here in the North, winter’s arrival unfolds over ~9 days. Awareness of these shifts supports your inner/outer landscape and reclaims your natural rhythm with place.

We’re spiraling into mastery of self, serving communities with balance and reciprocation, season by season.

what do you see? pause. look closely. the trees what do you see? 
pause. look closely. 

the trees are exchanging with all that is, including you. 

as inspired, take a pause. be with the trees. 

emotional physical and mental health remedy: hang out with the trees daily 15-20 minutes. just be. 

What I see… 

The trees are literally bathing in sunlight, and the light that pours through their leaves is not just “white.” It’s alive with soft blues, violets, and hints of emerald. Those colors are the signature of chlorophyll at work: the green pigment that turns photons into chemical energy (photosynthesis), while reflecting back the cool blues and greens I see. In that exchange, the trees are pulling carbon dioxide from the air (the same air you just exhaled) and releasing oxygen and subtle volatile organic compounds called phytoncides. 

The fun facts: 

- Phytoncides lower cortisol and blood pressure within minutes. 
- 15–20 minutes under a tree canopy measurably boosts natural killer (NK) immune cells for up to a week. 
- The negative ions near trees (especially after rain or sunrise) calm the nervous system. 
- The fractal patterns of branches and the soft color gradients you’re seeing, in the photo and in person, activate the parasympathetic “rest-and-digest” response almost instantly. 

When you stand there and simply be, the trees are not just “pretty.” They are actively feeding you oxygen, anti-stress chemistry, immune support, and visual medicine. You exhale CO₂ and tension; they exhale life and calm. An ancient, silent, regenerative exchange between all of us and the trees.
