Mind + Heart Food
Projections & Reflections. The still point in-between is found by simply resting in the BE. The inner mirror…orienting internally with the outer world responding to those reflections in the form of a call and repsonse…which can feel like a projection.
In any moment, within a world system that brings forth instant gratification to affirm what your neuropathways are transmitting from within. It can quickly become confusing and pull you away from your still point.
This is why your inner work is one of the most signficant ways to help self and others. The projection, you cast out, sometimes is in response to your perceptions and reflections from your inner and immediate, outer world. The world is molded and shaped by your heart and hands, is in a consistent call and repsonse dance with all that is and is not.
The Inner Work
The inner work is one of self awareness and willingness to be radically honest with self and others. Then, there is a moment to sit with what you truly, deeply want to communicate from within self and to others. The echo of your communication ripples for generations to come. What do you want echo from here to there?
You are an oscillating field of energy, interfacing with your eternal wisdom on an unexplainable infinite journey. Sending frequencies through the ether into a multitude of fields and dimensions that you are surrounded by in each and every moment.
The Questions
What can you do to harmonize internally and externally? What can you do to quiet the unnecessary chatter?
Start by listening for your cosmic expression, anchor your enternal being into a simple vibration that feels like home, helpful and nourishes you and the world around you.
Then, daily offer this vibration to self internally and the others externally. It is a practice to bring yourself into harmony with self and the world around you. Gently observe how the dissonance dissolves. The projections, reflections and preceptions will disipate and flow into your harmony. With a willingness to receive that which you offer. . .practice coming into reciprocal harmony with your unique state of being.
For example, if you want to embody and offer peace to the world around you, start cultivating peace from within. Each day it will become easier to be peace or whatever your unique frequency is destined to refine, embody and be.
