½ cup extra virgin olive oil
¾ cup coconut sugar (alternative substitute: 1ripe banana or 1 small roasted sweet potato)
½ cup cacao powder
½ teaspoon Himalayan salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
½ cup whole grain flour (you can use slow cook oats and blend into a flour)

Directions
Preheat the oven and heat to 350F
Line the bottom of an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a medium-sized bowl combine olive oil, coconut sugar and sifted cacao powder.
Add salt and stir well. It will smooth out once you add the eggs and flour.
Stir in the cinnamon and vanilla with a wooden spoon. Then, add eggs, one at a time, stirring vigorously after each one.
When the batter is well blended, add the flour and stir well blended.
Stir in chopped walnuts and spread the batter evenly in lined baking pan.
Bake 20 to 23 minutes (or until a toothpick inserted into the center come out almost clean).
Remove from the oven and cool completely. Sprinkle with some cardamom and Himalayan salt.
With the wintering wintering. I will shortly have a little more space to shine a light on the all lemonade. Until then, make an effort to ‘make lemonade’ daily. Small acts of kindness and sincere generosity. Report below what you have witnessed and participated in. I would love to hear from you.
This walk is one giant lemonade stand for North America.
Many have heard of the Buddhist Monks walking to inspire inner peace. For many they have never met a monk and appear to be grasping at their pilgrimage as a source of content/entertainment and others are outraged at this behavior. Which actually reinforces duality and division. Yet, discussion and contemplation rises for many. Many are humbled by seeing and feeling their actions. It has been moving watching the impact on humanity seeing and feeling the result of inner peace, love, and compassion.
If you are inspired by their actions, create space to hear their words and/or sit with your inner state of peace. If each self becomes dedicated to cultivating greater awareness and efforts toward embodying inner peace…the inner and outer world shifts. It is a humbling process.
This will lead you to clearer states of being and reduce and eventually eliminate causing self and others suffering with your thoughts, words and/or actions.
May all beings remember the true causes of happiness…LOVE. May all beings be free from suffering.
TBN: if you happen to have the monks walking through your area now or in a future moment…meet them with a silent smile, in silent meditation on the side of the road and/or silently walk with them. So much more can be received when you listen deeply.
May each moment be filled with Blissful JOY, Peace, and a lot of LAUGHTER..sT
