Happy Day…leading into a fun weekend. One filled with a lot of MUSIC and the opportunity to sit with the shift into SUMMER. Our hearts hold the inner element of FIRE and outer guide of the grandfather SUN. As our brothers and sisters, in the southern hemisphere, shift into WINTER with our island nations continue rocking center…steadfast stewards of the seas and stars.

No matter where you rest your head at night, these seasonal shifts are an opportunity to reflect and move forward with Joyful Courage, Creative Action and divine LOVE.

Question of the week, from a friend,

“Any insight into the UAP disclosures on inter-dimensional beings ?”

My response,

“Yes there are inter-dimensional beings. Many cultures around the world interface with these beings for different reasons.

For example, [BLANK] Nation, spends half the year with inter dimensional beings in their monthly ceremonial cycles.

Many ‘beings” inhabit human bodies and others just roam undetected by most. They have an astral body and energetic imprint.

The UAP discussion, I feel is a distraction for many reasons.

The way they present it. Currently, it is like watching an Atari game and/or lights in the sky.

Being, I personally have first hand experienced with inter dimensional beings and have witnessed all sorts of “aliens” attached to/or as part of people (especially at death). I know they really do not need ‘ships’, like we have been taught in the movies. They move in and out of dimensions. We all do this. Daily we are moving from different states of awareness in meditation, sleep, waking states and so forth.

So much to say. 😀 when people realize we do not need rockets…all those people who wasted trillions on this idea of space travel and slamming sub automatic particles together…they will wish they had spent more time on the cushion and created industries that regenerate with all that money.

A half day experience with Clare Benson and Suzanne Toro. Combining elements of sound healing, expressive arts, heart transformation and nourishing food+tea, you will be guided on a journey of self-reflection toward transformation and growth. If you are holding unprocessed grief or emotions, having a difficult time with change, or are simply curious about this offering, please join us at Makai Pilates - Yoga - Wellness where we will explore the practice of tending to grief with love and connection to self, the earth, and our ancestors.

From the clay we will build two closed-form vessels…a small container in the style of a seed pot and a lidded vessel reminiscent of a memorial urn or offering vessel. All materials will be provided and no prior experience is needed. We will give you clay to work with, sound to transmute emotions, alchemical tea to lead you there, and a light meal of nourishing local and seasonal foods.
