minutesThe comfort of a warm stack of pancakes delivers an inner hug to your heart and stomach. I have such fond memories of meeting my friend, Larry, for pancakes, cookies, french fries and some sort of salad, eggs, and/or burger to balance out or indulgences. While, he loved the blueberry pancakes, I feel he would enjoy this recipe and you might too. He took flight into the wild blue yonder before we could meet up for another stack of pancakes. I still have our last messages saved on my phone. While, it feels like yesterday, the past four years have flown by since his grand exit. I made this recipe with his memory in my heart and the joy we shared at during our meals together. As inspired, try these out with family and/or friends. Let me know how it met your taste buds and heart.
