Heart Food
I see one of three emotional matters in my private practice with the clients I work with. First, the individual that has completely shielded their heart from experiencing emotions. Second, the individual that has dipped their toe into their emotional body and is learning how to utilize the information from their emotions to transform and enrich the quality of their life and others. Third, the individual that is a master at wearing emotional masks to gather information, attention and/or control others. These three heart buckets are passage ways that will eventually lead one to understand the true purpose of the heart and its relationship to the mental, physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. Ultimately, at the threshold of each one of these access points, you can move beyond into the field of the sacred heart. A key will appear once you are ready and hold the resonance to move beyond. The key is a realization that leaves an imprint on you and is ultimately destined for us all to remember.
Moving beyond is when one is ready to let go of the wheel of samsara(aka suffering). This means an individual is making a conscious choice to practice daily for the benefit all. This is no small task and it requires one to consciously contribute to divine consciousness for the benefit of all. What I have witnessed, over these past few decades, is how crafty we all are at holding on to our suffering and how we willingly create more of it. Some might confirm, those who have touched and/or dove into this divine field, that you can quickly drop out of it. Similar to popping out of a lucid dream or medicine ceremony. There is a built-in protection of this energetic field. If you cause harm, you are ejected immediately. The reason for this is because the field’s entire purpose is serve and hold each and everyone of you in equanimity, peace, love, kindness and compassion. All of which is available to you anytime you choose to receive from and give to the divine field.
Being we are in heart season and womb (sacral) season here in the northern and southern hemispheres, these are the seasons (summer and winter) to make a self aware choice to proactively nourish, balance and purify your entire being from your emotional and creative centers. The heart center is your anchor point to all that is and is not (aka the divine). When or if you are ready to move beyond your suffering, you can begin to practice and remember what it means to be, speak and act for the benefit of self and others.
If you are curious and inspired, to move on through to the other side, I recommend you start observing the quality of your thoughts, words and actions on the inside and outside or your world. Then, I recommend you practice shaping your thoughts, words, and actions for the benefit of self and others. Finally, practice redirectingyourself back into the field of serving all, when or if you cause harm with your thoughts, words and/or actions. A gentle reminder, it all starts with the heart and is broadcasted from the mind.*

Mind Food
Calibration. A simply practice to calibrate your mind and heart. First, practice clearing your mind of thoughts by focusing on the present moment coupled with holding an open heart to receive and give the energy (aka emotions and feelings) that you want to exchange in your life daily. For example, you are at work, focus on your job, if thoughts come in return your focus towards your work. Simultaneously, sending the energy of love or _____ into your work. Then, gently observe the outward ripples and what returns to you.
Body Food
Relay Switch. You are primarily water. Your eternal state of being is transmitting and moving from within your physical form. When you find a fluid state to be with your body daily this will help you retain fluid motion from within and in your outside world. You are energy and a relay switch. As inspired, practice moving fluidly doing something your love (ie. swimming, surfing, hiking and more). A daily practice will server you well.
