TikTok @cheesegal (Courtney LaCorte)
Courtney LaCorte, Food is a universal language that we all speak. It’s communal. It feeds us, moves us, and can create a memory that lasts a lifetime. For Cortney LaCorte, founder and owner, making delicious food look beautiful is an art form that has long been her love language. Cheese Gal was born out of a small Nashville kitchen in early 2019, though it was truly many years in the making. Cortney has had a passion for entertaining and making cheese boards since the age of 15. Taught by her Godmother, she quickly learned that not only are cheese plates a great way to feed and impress guests, but that they have a magical way of bringing people together. Gathering, closely, around a thoughtful spread of cheese + charcuterie pulls people, from all walks of life, in close and memories just seem to spill out like the wine paired with it.
