Lately, I have been contemplating unconditional love. Over the course of this life, I have bared witness and been impacted on a personal and soul level by the atrocities that hold humanity hostage to suffering. I have felt the pains of prejudices, I have been abused (mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually), I have had my life threatened several times over and I have had close relations turn on our deepest knowing of each other. I have witnessed indigenous tribes, native Americans, global communities have their rights stripped away and held hostage to a circumstance that has nothing to do with them. I have had the unthinkable knowledge of human trafficking of children, women and men that are still held in slavery by the most unfortunate situations placed right before me.
