Naked Poetry from Bare Naked Bliss was my way of foreshadowing what is going to be revealed in the upcoming chapter or within the next passage. The use of metaphors…

When you are lead by something beyond you (what I call the “unseen”) you are being asked to connect deeper to your highest state of being (aka soul). Ideally, we would remain at our highest state of being at all times. However, you can cease the moments as they self arise with presence. Until we transcend all aspects of “self”, these moments can be kept in our memory banks to assist us in returning back to our highest expression. If inspired, to “BE” the clear and consistent expression of inner LIGHT (buddha nature), daily sit in meditative repose, listen deeply to your heart + soul, bridge the guidance from your spiritual teachers and the unseen.

Dreaming is the extension of your mind. You can free the mind and find liberation by reflecting on your dreams. Initially, you will want to examine your dreams. You might be looking for a deeper understanding of what is unfolding in your life. You will want to acknowledge where you have any sort of imbalance in the mind, body, heart and/or spirit. The dreams (the mind) will assist by bringing your attention towards the disharmony. Objective interpretation of your dreams is very important because your attachment to a view, pattern and way of being will be reinforced in the dream. The mind will keep you locked into a cycle that perpetuates the affliction that is impeding the natural state of being, harmony. This pattern becomes the obstacle that needs to be understood and liberated to clear the mind and free part of you on a soul level. The dreams provide you a starting point to work on your psyche during the sleeping state.

Feeding the dream requires attention. In a traditional dreaming practice there are ideally two attentions working together, if the practitioner has cultivated an objective awareness and recognizes that, as the observer, one can access the unknown through the second attention. The unknown assists the observer in entering into a state of presence, energy and phenomena that gives awareness beyond our conscious and subconscious reactions.

Acceptance of ‘What Is’…
In the mind, anyone of us can grasp for something that we wish we had. Simultaneously, ignoring, rejecting or overlooking…‘What is’. During these moments, the processing, emotions, thoughts and perceptions build to support the grasping. Oftentimes, the turmoil increases and one cannot embrace or see ’what is.’

“Spider Woman…reminding us to live the dream. You decide where you want to place your attention!” ~She
In the simplest form one can take the time to reflect on the cause and effect in every situation and take note how important the precision and attention to detail in the final outcome of anything that is created. Nature illustrates through color, texture, light, sound, patterns, smells and tastes the endless opportunities that are possible within each moment, creation, art form and vision. It is up to each self to discern where and when to place their attention and the process will determine how long one will have to hold it there.” -
How Can ‘I’ Serve?
The “Tree” is the perfect example of how receiving and giving are an intrinsic part of our natural system. The tree receives light (energy) from the sun and then produces oxygen which enables life to exist on this planet. By examining the energy exchange between the sun and the trees one can begin to see how our natural eco-system was created based on service. Each part of nature (including the humans) have innate gifts that are intended to be of service to the whole. When one falls away from his/her innate way of being one lets go of being in harmony with self. The simplest way to return to this state of being is to ask self daily, “How can ‘I’ serve?”
